seat size should be 465 ±10 mm width x 460mm ±10mm depth and back size shall
be 480 ± 10mm width X 625 ±10 mm height from seat & overall height 1060
±10 mm. Seat and back should be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial
plywood padded with HR moulded PU foam 50mm thick density 40kg/m3 in seat and 40mm thick density 32Kg/m3 in
back. Both upholstered with fabric tapestry 1mm thick and 300 GSM. The
backrest shall have natural curvature of the spine to provide lumbar
support. The seat and back shall be arrested HR steel spine and the armrest shall be used black integral polypropylene arm completely joint with seat. Mechanism used should be synchro tilt 360 degree revolving, upright position locking, tilt tension adjustment, pneumatic seat height adjustment of 100 mm. The pedestal should have five-legged injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon having pitch circle Dia. 700mm and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The castors of the chair should be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. |
